A push button is a closure means of two small round pieces, one having a recess and the other is provided with a matching spherical part. They are riveted to opposite sides of the material and pressed to close each other. For this purpose, two application steps are required, step 1 application for the upper part of the push button and step 2 application of the closure piece.
Application Step 1 Top of Buttons:

- Upper die (No. SN001F)
- Arresting screw for fixing the upper die
- Spring part
- Decorative Button
- Lower die (No. SN001F) for the use of the following decorative buttons
- Plier (No. JTCA)
- Turn screw (To adjust the offset or the pressure)
- Arresting screw for fixing the lower die

The upper (A) and lower (E) die is placed and tightened with the appropriate locking screw (B / H) |

With minimal pressure, you can insert the spring part (C) with the flat side up, on the upper die by hand |
|
Place the button (D) with the claws up in the lower die |
|
If necessary, change the offset or the pressure using the adjustment screw (G) |
|
Now place the product to be decorated on the lower die. Press the pinch of the plier together to apply the button to the material (in solid materials such as leather make before a hole with a pair of pliers). If the button will not solve immediately from the upper tool, try to separate the two pieces with reasonable force. The detail picture shows the back of the button |
Application Step 2 of the closing pieces for buttons:

- Arresting screw for fixing the upper die
- Spherical part
- Notched ring
- Lower die (No. SN001B)
- Plier (No. CA001)
- Turn screw (To adjust the offset or the pressure)
- Arresting screw for fixing the lower die

Place the toothed ring (D) with the claws up in the lower die |

If necessary, change the offset or the pressure using the adjustment screw (G) |

Now place the product to be decorated on the lower die. Press the pinch of the plier together to apply the closure piece to the material.
